Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders, and transporting items to drivers. Scan and sort orders into delivery bags and vans using smartphones and handheld devices. Build, wrap, and transport pallets while operating carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items around the facility. Work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and noise levels, wearing protective gear and closed-toe shoes.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
