Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders into delivery bags, and staging them for drivers. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while operating around moving equipment in climate-controlled facilities. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching while following screen prompts and safety protocols. Shifts run early morning or overnight, with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible schedules. Onboarding training occurs during the first few days, followed by transition to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
