Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders, and transporting items to drivers. Scan and sort orders into delivery bags and vans using smartphones and handheld devices. Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages while operating carts, dollies, and hand trucks. Work in climate-controlled environments with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and noise levels. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Go up and down stairs where applicable. Complete on-the-job training during your first few days before transitioning to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
