Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders, and transporting items to drivers. Use smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and build delivery bags and vans from truck deliveries. Move pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while navigating stairs and varying temperatures. Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts while operating equipment in a climate-controlled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
