Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders for drivers, and using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to transport items. Scan and sort orders into delivery bags and vans using smartphones and handheld devices, then build, wrap, and transport pallets. Operate around moving equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages while following safety protocols and wearing protective gear. Work in climate-controlled environments with varying temperatures, standing, walking, and climbing stairs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
