Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, staging orders, and transporting items to drivers. Scan, sort, and build delivery bags using smartphones and handheld devices. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while navigating stairs and varying temperatures. Operate around moving equipment in a climate-controlled environment with temperatures ranging from below freezing to above 90°F. Work in a relaxed dress code requiring closed-toe and protective safety footwear.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
