Job Summary
The Amazon Marketplace Specialist will support the day-to-day management, operational execution, and performance tracking of Liquid I.V.’s Amazon business. This role will own key operational workstreams across inventory monitoring, forecasting inputs, digital shelf health, account operations, reporting, and new product launch tracking. The individual will ensure the Amazon business runs efficiently, surface risks early, and provide clear visibility into performance. The Amazon Business Analyst will partner across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and agency partners to support growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in Amazon Seller Central and ecommerce reporting tools. They should identify risks, connect data to business implications, and clearly communicate updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Functions include: Business Performance & Reporting (weekly reporting across sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, share, and drivers; monitor performance; analyze competitive activity; maintain dashboards; ad hoc analysis), Inventory & Forecasting (monitor sellable inventory, weeks of supply, in-stock rates, forecasting inputs; flag constraints; partner to resolve issues), Digital Shelf & Marketplace Operations (listing accuracy, content compliance, Buy Box health, search visibility, ratings/reviews; coordinate resolutions), Seller Central Operations (account health, catalog updates, case management, reconciliation), Launch & Growth Support (launch performance, post-launch analysis, promotions). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of ecommerce, Amazon marketplace, business analyst, inventory analyst, supply chain analyst, or related experience
- Amazon Seller Central experience is a must
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate business implications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience managing reporting cadences, trackers, and multiple workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Retail Media, and agency partners
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Experience with ecommerce analytics, BI tools, Amazon reporting tools, or digital shelf platforms preferred
