Job Summary
Amazon & Marketplace Coordinator responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations for a homewares brand. Manage launches across international Amazon territories, upload imagery and A+ content, handle Vendor Central activities, and coordinate with UK/US warehouses to resolve delivery and stock issues. Analyse invoices and warehouse data, optimise listings for visibility, conversion and performance, and provide marketplace reporting. Drive marketplace and website support across UK, USA and EU markets, including SEO updates, landing-page collaboration, and new marketplace launches. Utilize data and Google Analytics to inform decisions, share actionable insights at monthly meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-, content-, and performance-driven outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Amazon (Vendor Central required)
- Experience managing or supporting online marketplaces and e-commerce operations
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A proactive and enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Desirable: Seller Central experience
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Shopify experience
