Amazon Inventory Planner

Job Summary
Monitor inventory levels across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts to prevent stockouts, minimize excess inventory, and support account profitability. Create replenishment plans using sales forecasts and lead times while tracking movement across warehouses and fulfillment centers. Analyze historical data, seasonality, and market trends to forecast product demand and recommend purchasing decisions. Resolve issues such as stranded inventory and receiving discrepancies to ensure uninterrupted product availability. Collaborate with the Business Operations Specialist and Inventory team to execute strategies aligned with business objectives. Occasional travel to Exton, PA is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, operations, or Amazon marketplace environments
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Experience with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with the ability to review large datasets and reports
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a remote office environment and coordinate regularly with warehouse and fulfillment partners
- Experience with FBA inventory management and Vendor Central forecasting
- Knowledge of Amazon inventory performance metrics and policies
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or forecasting software
- Familiarity with eCommerce operations, retail distribution, or publishing inventory management
- Occasional travel to Exton, PA required
