Job Summary
Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations and oversee FBM workflows, including warehouse logistics, shipping coordination, and inventory management. Work directly with carriers to ensure timely deliveries while monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate tracking systems. Troubleshoot operational issues, optimize fulfillment processes, and collaborate with internal teams to support order processing and reporting. This hands-on role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment to handle both computer-based backend tasks and direct-to-consumer shipping logistics.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBM operations and direct-to-consumer fulfillment
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable being hands-on with both operations and computer-based work
- Familiarity with shipping software and operational systems
- Background in e-commerce logistics or warehouse management
- M-Th: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
- F: 8:00 am - 1 pm
