Amazon E-Commerce Senior Manager

Lead and own creation and implementation of the PH NAR Amazon 360 Strategic plan (paid + organic) and the relation between Integrated Agency Team, Amazon Ads, Philips Amazon Sales team and other external partners. Translate business briefs into activation briefs for Amazon and connect activation to sales plans. Oversee all content needs for Amazon activation (PDP, brand store and paid content – banner ads, search ad copy, etc.). Oversee implementation of media strategy plans for Amazon and ensure performance vs. business and sales objectives. Develop media strategy/brief/KPIs to deliver on national business and customer priorities (e.g. High-Volume Events, Recurring Revenue, Base vs. Promo). Monitor Amazon Market Share, Share of Voice and Sales & Profit objectives; leverage data to optimize in real time; ensure media optimization and performance review when needed to meet KPIs. You must be a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment. The role requires in-person collaboration with office-based teams at least 3 days per week in Stamford, CT as part of Philips’ operating model. The position demands a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of experience in CPG media management with Amazon experience; sponsorships are not offered and relocation benefits are not provided.
