Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting orders via handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks, while building, wrapping, and moving pallets. Handle truck deliveries of customer packages and operate equipment in environments with varying temperatures and moving vehicles. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, while lifting up to 49 pounds. Work in climate-controlled facilities with temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90°F, wearing protective safety footwear where required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
