Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging them for drivers. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while navigating moving vehicles and varying temperatures. Follow instructions in English to build, wrap, and sort items into delivery bags and vans. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching while lifting up to 49 pounds. Go up and down stairs where applicable while operating equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages. Work in an environment with varying temperatures between 60°F and 90°F, with noise levels that may require hearing protection.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
