Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging deliveries for drivers. Transport and stage items using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move pallets and packages into delivery bags and vans. Receive truck deliveries of customer packages and build, wrap, and sort orders before they leave the station. Work in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles while following safety protocols and using protective gear.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
