Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging deliveries for driver pickup. Transport and stage items using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while building, wrapping, and moving pallets. Accept truck deliveries of customer packages and follow on-screen prompts to process orders into bags and vans. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching while operating equipment in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
