Job Summary
Amazon Delivery Station Warehouse Associate – responsible for receiving and preparing packages for delivery, sorting and scanning orders with smartphones/handheld devices, building and transporting pallets, and receiving truck deliveries in a climate-controlled warehouse. Roles involve standing and moving items, lifting up to 49 pounds, navigating stairs where applicable, and working with moving equipment in a safety-focused environment. Offers flexible schedules (full-time, reduced-time, part-time, flex-time) with overtime opportunities and on-the-job training; benefits and tuition support are available for select groups. Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Receive and prepare packages for delivery
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Receive truck deliveries of customer packages
