Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, transporting items, and staging deliveries for drivers. Scan and sort orders using smartphones and handheld devices to load them into delivery bags and vans. Build, wrap, and transport pallets while operating carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items around the facility. Work in early morning and overnight shifts, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during 40-hour full-time or reduced-time hours. Lift up to 49 pounds and navigate stairs where applicable in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
