Job Summary
Lead the analysis and implementation of business application solutions to optimize client operational efficiency within the Commercial & Service Excellence practice. Manage client relationships by providing strategic advice on integration and utilization while overseeing training program delivery to facilitate seamless technology adoption. Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery, utilizing data analytics to identify transformation opportunities and innovate processes for contact center initiatives. Provide technical consultation for complex projects, develop documentation to enhance software performance, and promote inclusive teamwork to build high-performing diverse units. This role supports PwC's Acceleration Center Mexico in helping diverse client portfolios across geographies achieve strategic objectives through innovative consulting services.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
