Job Summary
Lead projects that advance strategic priorities for the Amazon Cobrand team, serving as a thought partner to the GM and leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, finance, product, tech, marketing, risk) to scope and structure initiatives, direct execution, identify issues and opportunities, and quantify potential business impact. Develop and deliver leadership-level executive communications and drive solutions through team leadership and influential collaboration across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, finance, or analytics in the financial services, credit card, or payments sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills – ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
- A high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Flexibility to travel to both Chase and Amazon partner sites
