Job Summary
Own category performance on Amazon by driving growth, profitability, and overall performance for assigned product categories. Lead listing optimization (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, storefront), keyword research and backend search terms to improve organic rankings, and collaborate with advertising teams to plan and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns. Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies, monitor rankings and KPI trends, manage catalog health (listing suppressions, defects, variations), and improve ratings/reviews through compliant programs. Coordinate with supply chain to manage inventory, protect ranking performance, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution. Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. Requires 3+ years of relevant Amazon/e-commerce experience, hands-on Seller Central/Brand Registry/Amazon Ads, PDP optimization, SEO, multi-SKU management, data interpretation, and strong Excel skills. Available for remote work as an International Contractor with Pacific Time availability; compensation ranges from $10 to $25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, e-commerce growth, or category management
- Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Brand Registry, and Amazon Ads platforms
- Strong understanding of PDP optimization, SEO, and conversion rate improvement
- Experience managing multiple SKUs or categories at scale
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Experience with keyword research and rank tracking tools
- Familiarity with Amazon analytics including Business Reports and Brand Analytics
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Availability to work between 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
