Amazon Account - Online Store Manager (E-Commerce)

Job Summary
Lead daily operations of Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts and drive long-term growth for Kramer’s Amazon marketplace. Responsibilities include optimizing product listings (titles, descriptions, bullets, A+ content, imagery), planning and managing Amazon PPC campaigns, monitoring inventory and coordinating with warehouses/3PLs, analyzing KPIs (sales, ACOS, ROAS, rankings, reviews) and producing actionable reports, overseeing customer reviews and feedback, conducting competitive analysis, and contributing to online sales growth across other digital channels. Requires hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (Vendor Central a plus), strong data-analysis skills (Excel), and a proven track record in advertising campaigns; experience in consumer electronics is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts or e-commerce marketplaces
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (Vendor Central is a plus)
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC/advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (mandatory)
- Familiarity with consumer electronics (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
