Job Summary
Greet customers, welcome questions, and suggestively sell gift cards, complementary products, and merchandise. Solicit orders, enter sales, and process payments while serving drinks according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines. Manage the cash drawer, maintain cleanliness of equipment and coworker/customer areas, and optimize workflow by restocking workstations. Operate store equipment and handle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. No prior experience necessary; candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to safety, and ability to work in a loud setting. Flexible scheduling with no late nights; free drink per shift and cash tips included.
