Job Summary
Academic Endourology/General Urology opportunity in Arizona with University Medical Group. Faculty appointment with the University; 9 urologists and 5 APPs in a brand-new facility including a state-of-the-art clinic and hospital, robotic capabilities (DaVinci DV5, Xi, SP), and opportunities to teach residents. Responsibilities include managing an average clinical load of 20-25 patients per day with MA support, scheduling OR time with clinic vs OR days, mentorship from experienced urologists, potential involvement in clinical and/or basic science research if desired, and participation in resident education. Required Qualifications
- Education: MD/DO
- Urology board certification or eligibility
- Academic appointment and involvement in teaching/research desirable
- Ability to mentor residents
- Robotic-assisted surgery experience preferred
- Clinical and/or basic science research interest optional
