Job Summary
Academic Endourology/General Urology opportunity in Tucson, AZ. Faculty appointment with the University, with access to opportunities in clinical and basic science research if desired. Established urology program (9 urologists, 5 APPS) with brand-new ORs, dedicated cystoscopy rooms, and robotics (DaVinci DV5, Xi, SP). Responsibilities include 20-25 clinical patients per day with MA support, clinic and OR time (2.5–3 days clinic, 2 OR days), and call 7 days per month with resident coverage. Opportunity to teach residents; mentorship from experienced urologists; research available but not required. Excellent benefits with relocation and sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO
- Board-certified or eligible in Urology
- Academic appointment with option for clinical and basic science research
- Experience in endourology or general urology preferred
- Ability to teach residents
- Clinical duties including high patient load and OR time
