Caregiver needed to assist seniors with daily living activities in home care settings. Responsibilities include personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship and emotional support, meal preparation and medication reminders, light housekeeping, escorting to appointments, running errands, and monitoring/reporting changes in health status. Implement behavior management techniques when necessary. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong caregiving skills, ability to handle challenging behaviors, familiarity with home care systems, and excellent communication/interpersonal abilities. Openings in multiple North/Western Suburbs locations; various shifts available (Full-time, Part-time, with flexibility). Pay range: $16.50-$18.00 per hour.
