Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver needed to assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing), provide companionship, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments. Role includes monitoring client health status, reporting changes, and applying behavior-management techniques as needed. Requires experience in senior/home care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication, and ability to prepare meals per dietary needs. Openings in multiple North/Canch-suburban areas with in-person, in-home care. Offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k), paid training, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Pay range: $16.50–$18.00/hour; positions available full-time and part-time; includes weekends and various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Experience in assisted living or senior care environments
- HIPAA regulations knowledge
- Proficiency in caregiving techniques
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Background in childcare, social work, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs
