Job Summary
Caregiver needed to assist seniors with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and support overall well-being in in-person home-care settings. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation to appointments, monitoring health changes, and applying behavior-management techniques when needed. Qualifications include experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA, ability to handle challenging behaviors, familiarity with home-care systems, and strong communication/interpersonal skills. Openings are based in multiple Illinois suburbs (Glenview, Evanston, Northbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, Niles, Chicago, Park Ridge, Lake Bluff, Libertyville, Lake Forest, Oak Brook, Forest Park, Riverside, Downers Grove, Westmont, and more). Pay range is $16.50-$18.00 per hour with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, paid training, overtime, and flexible scheduling. Training and weekly pay available; positions include full-time, part-time, live-in, and weekend opportunities.
