Caregiver needed to assist seniors with daily living activities in homes across NorthShore suburbs; duties include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, escorting to appointments and running errands; monitor and report changes in health status; implement behavior management techniques when necessary. Requires 1+ year experience in assisted living or home care, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage challenging behaviors.
