Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, companionship, and reporting changes in health status. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage challenging behaviors.
