Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver role focusing on supporting seniors with activities of daily living and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing; providing companionship; meal preparation and medication reminders; light housekeeping; running errands and transportation to appointments; monitoring health status and reporting changes; and applying behavior-management techniques when needed. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, HIPAA knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle dietary needs and special conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience or equivalent
- Experience in assisted living or senior care environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in caregiving techniques
- Background in childcare, social work, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compentence in meal preparation for special dietary needs
- Driver's License (Preferred)
