Job Summary
Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and companionship. Monitor and report changes in health status; implement behavior management as needed; maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) and protect clients’ wellbeing. Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families; adapt to varying care needs and dietary requirements; flexible scheduling available including full-time, part-time, and weekends.
