Job Summary
Provide in-home caregiver support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and companionship. Monitor clients’ health, report changes, implement behavior management when needed, and maintain client records. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, HIPAA knowledge, strong caregiving techniques, and excellent communication skills. Flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time work, in-person assignments across multiple Chicago-area suburbs. Our caregivers deliver compassionate, personalized care to improve clients’ comfort and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience or equivalent (Required)
- Valid ID and Social Security Card (Required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in caregiving
- HIPAA knowledge
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage challenging behaviors
- drive or reliable transportation (preferred)
