Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver role supporting seniors in their daily living activities and healthcare needs in the NorthShore area. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation to appointments, and monitoring changes in health status. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage challenging behaviors, familiarity with home care systems, and a background in related fields (childcare, social work, or similar). Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities; weekly pay; benefits available for full-time staff; in-person work location across multiple north and western suburban areas.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in caregiving or related field
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- In-person work location
- Driver's license (preferred)
