Job Summary
Provide compassionate, in-home daily living support to seniors, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and assistance with errands and transportation to appointments. Monitor health status, report changes, assist with activities of daily living, support in getting to appointments, and maintain household records. Demonstrates HIPAA awareness, strong communication, and ability to handle behavioral challenges; prior experience in assisted living or home care settings and knowledge of caregiving techniques are preferred. Openings in NorthShore area with flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time) and opportunities for weekend shifts.
