Job Summary
Assist seniors with activities of daily living and provide compassionate in-home care across NorthShore suburbs. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation to appointments, and monitoring changes in health status. Apply behavior management techniques when needed, maintain client privacy under HIPAA, and use home care systems accordingly. Openings in multiple North Shore suburbs with in-person, part-time and full-time schedules; opportunities for overtime, paid training, benefits, and referral bonuses. Our caregivers help seniors maintain independence and quality of life through dedicated, personalized support.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience or equivalent in assisted living or senior care environments
- Valid ID and Social Security Card (Required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs (Required)
- Work Location: In person
- Caregiving and HIPAA knowledge
