Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver needed to assist seniors with daily living activities in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship and emotional support, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, running errands, and monitoring changes in health status. Requires experience in senior/home care, knowledge of HIPAA, ability to manage challenging behaviors, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time roles in multiple North/Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. We offer weekly pay, benefits for full-time staff, paid training, and referral incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of caregiving experience or equivalent
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (preferred)
- Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs (IL)
- In-person work location
- Experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Capability to handle medications reminders and meal preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
