Compassionate caregiver role focused on assisting seniors with daily living activities in home settings. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, accompanying to appointments, and running errands. Must monitor and report changes in health status and apply behavior management techniques when needed. Requires 1+ year of caregiving experience; HIPAA knowledge; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage challenging behaviors; familiarity with home care systems; background in childcare, social work, or related fields preferred.
