Job Summary
Provide in-home non-medical care to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Collaborate with families to support comfort and well-being, monitor health changes, maintain records, and implement behavior management as needed. Flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time or part-time roles in multiple NorthShore suburbs; benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and incentives. Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience; valid ID and ability to commute/relocate to preferred suburb locations; in-person work location.
