Compassionate Caregiver needed to assist seniors with daily living activities in private homes. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, running errands, and transportation to appointments. Will monitor health status, report changes, and implement behavior management techniques when needed. Ideal candidates have experience in assisted living or home care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong caregiving skills, ability to handle challenging behaviors, familiarity with home care systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Openings in multiple northern and western suburbs of Chicago with in-person, on-site work; flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options; weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and paid training.
