Caregiver role providing personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and escorting clients to appointments. Responsibilities include monitoring health status and reporting changes, plus support with activities of daily living and non-medical home care tasks. Requires experience in assisted living or similar settings, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication and ability to manage challenging behaviors; flexible scheduling and availability for full-time or part-time shifts in multiple Chicago-area suburbs.
