Compassionate caregiver needed to assist seniors with activities of daily living, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, escorting to appointments, and errands in in-home settings across multiple Chicago-area suburbs. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, feeding, medication reminders, transportation assistance, documenting changes in health status, and applying behavioral/communication strategies as needed. Requires 1+ year of caregiving experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage challenging behaviors, familiarity with home care processes, and a background in related fields may be helpful.
