Job Summary
Provide in-home non-medical care to seniors and individuals, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation to appointments, and monitoring of health status. Maintain HIPAA privacy, document changes in client condition, and employ behavior-management techniques as needed. Openings in multiple suburbs around Chicago including Glenview, Evanston, Northbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, Niles, Chicago, Park Ridge, Lake Bluff, Libertyville, Lake Forest, Oak Brook, Forest Park, Riverside, Downers Grove, and Westmont. Benefits include weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance (eligible for full-time), 401(k), paid time off, paid training, overtime eligible, and referral bonuses. Roles available: Full-time, Part-time, Live-In and Weekends; requires compassionate approach and strong communication skills to support seniors and families.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in caregiving or equivalent
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs (Required)
- Work Location: In person
- Full-time or Part-time availability
- Flexible scheduling
- Overtime pay over 40 hours/wk
