Job Summary
Compassionate Caregiver needed to assist seniors with activities of daily living in home settings. Responsibilities include bathing/grooming/dressing, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation to appointments, and monitoring changes in health. Requires HIPAA knowledge, ability to handle challenging behaviors, strong communication, and experience in or with home care or assisted living environments. Offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, insurance options, 401K eligibility, paid training, and opportunities across multiple suburbs in the North/Western Chicago area. Openings in Glenview, Evanston, Northbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, Niles, Chicago, Park Ridge, Lake Bluff, Libertyville, Lake Forest, Oak Brook, Downers Grove, Westmont, and surrounding areas. In-person, full-time or part-time roles available with various shift options.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (preferred)
- Experience in assisted living or senior care environments
- HIPAA knowledge
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors
- Compassionate and reliable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Home care experience or related fields (childcare, social work)
