Caregiver needed to assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide personal care, companionship, and support in the North/Western Suburbs of Chicago. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, escorting to appointments, and monitoring/reporting changes in health status. Apply behavior management techniques when necessary. Must have 1+ year of caregiving experience, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, proficiency in caregiving techniques, strong communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with home care systems, and a background in childcare, social work, or related fields. Roles available: Full-time and Part-time, including weekends; location-based in-person work. Pay range: $16.50-$18.00 per hour with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, paid training, overtime, and weekly pay.
