Job Summary
Provide compassionate in-home care for seniors: assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming), provide companionship, assist with meal preparation and medication reminders, perform light housekeeping, escort to appointments, and monitor/report changes in health. Apply behavior management techniques when needed. Requires 1+ year experience in assisted living/senior care; HIPAA awareness; strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with home care systems; ability to manage challenging behaviors. Opportunities include flexible schedules, weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, paid training, and referral programs. Openings in multiple North/Western Suburbs in IL; in-person work location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in caregiving or related fields
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (Preferred)
