Job Summary
Provide compassionate, in-person senior home care including personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. Maintains HIPAA compliance, supports residents with activities of daily living, monitors health changes, and reports them. Flexible scheduling (Full-time or Part-time, including weekends) across multiple suburbs in the North/West Chicago area. Emphasizes quality, individualized care, strong communication, and ability to manage behaviors and dietary needs.
