Job Summary
Compassionate caregiver to assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide companionship. Responsibilities include personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing), meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, escorting to appointments, and running errands. Role emphasizes monitoring changes in health status, maintaining client records, and applying behavior-management techniques as needed. Requires experience in assisted living or home care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to support clients with dietary needs and daily routines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in caregiving or related field
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Ability to commute/relocate to North/Western Suburbs
