Compassionate Caregiver role providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments. Responsibilities include monitoring health status, reporting changes, assisting with activities of daily living, and applying behavior-management techniques when needed. Ideal candidates have experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA, strong communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors.
