Compassionate caregiver needed to assist seniors with daily living activities in the North/South Chicago suburbs. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), providing companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, running errands, escorting to appointments, and monitoring/reporting changes in health status. Implement behavior management techniques when necessary. Requires experience in assisted living or senior care, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, proficiency in caregiving techniques, ability to manage challenging behaviors, familiarity with home care systems, and strong communication/interpersonal skills. Openings in multiple suburbs; flexible schedule options with part-time and full-time opportunities. Caregivers are expected to have a valid ID, be able to commute/relocate to the North/Western Suburbs, and provide high-quality, compassionate care to improve clients' well-being.
