Job Summary
Caregiver to assist seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and companionship. Roles involve personal care, support with daily living activities, monitoring health status, and reporting changes. Requires 1+ year of experience in caregiving or related fields; knowledge of HIPAA; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage challenging behaviors; familiar with home care systems and dietary needs. Offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time positions in the North/Western Suburbs of Illinois; compensation $16.50-$18.00 per hour; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, paid training, and referral program; weekly pay; live-in and weekend opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in assisted living or senior care environments
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Ability to commute/relocate: North/Western Suburbs (Required)
